Business Development and Marketing Services
The Business Development and Marketing teams are dynamic business units in their own right. The Business Development Team is supported by the profile built and sustained through our marketing focus. Critical to Manpower’s growth and achievement of our corporate strategy, the Business Development function continues to generate leads for new national and global account opportunities.
Working with the Business Development team requires engagement with clients at a senior level to assist them to strategically improve their long-term outcome, while managing a strong internal engagement focus to have the right Business Managers and Regional Managers working in partnership with respective client levels. Participating in visioning workshops, determining critical business issues, networking, getting to know clients' business thoroughly and developing strategic partnerships are the critical components of success. This is a passionate, focussed and cohesive team that enjoys autonomy, ownership, personal responsibility and, most of all, helping companies to develop strategic solutions that bring results.
